LOL...after a week of camping, nobody ever accused me of smelling “musty.” Does he have mildew between his fingers and toes?

If the guy is living wild, it has been pretty rainy and clothes not drying, therefore smell musty. Did you note the [...] in the story, what was left out? Perhaps a description of her having been raped, and whoever called it in was being discrete.
