I don’t think Biden claimed he was from a line of Welsh (or any other type) coal miners. He just stole the rest of the bit from Kinnock who believably had coal mining relatives.
Yes he did....I’m not sure it was Welsh, but I found the statement perplexing....he didn’t act like the son of any coal miner.
