i would say the implication is that the hit machine from back in the Kennedy Assassination days is still up and running and rubbing out people who get too close to the truth, which is out there.
You mean the CIA? Yep, it’s still there. Maybe the point was to get us to stop thinking about CIA involvement in assassinations. Maybe they have one in the planning stages?
