It is fairly certain that the man in the photo is Cruz dad not Cruz. Sons are not responsible for what fathers did 50 years ago. And many people were likely to have been in the vicinity of LHO and it means nothing. You can’t be so sensitive.
Son’s are not responsible for their father’s actions, correct. Nor the actions of their mother, as well. Ted is not responsible for his parents becoming Canadians and birthing him in Canada. But it does make him clearly ineligible.
