The making of documentary right below is really good. In making that scene Winters worked Phil Silvers over good.

My Father was a Mechanic and he used to work on Winter’s old Car back in the 70’s. I think it was a Rambler.

He used to ride around with him whenever he brought it in.

I’ll have to see if he remembers. He’s 93 now.

Great Movie. It was Willis Obriens(King Kong)last movie. He animated the ladder scene at the end of the movie.
