And that actually is the primary reason I did not mind Trump pulling the rug out from under the rINO’s (McConnell, Boehner, Ryan, Rieces, McCain, Pataki, Graham, Bush, etc....)

Granted, they might have said they were going to fight Hillary - and they certainly were running for the chance to fight Hillary. But only Trump has the guts to attack her weakness, attack her strengths (the national press corpse, her sex, her supposed experience).
Would Cruz have attacked?
Maybe. Probably not. If he did get the repubbie nomination, it would have only been with the cooperation and support of the republican establishment = Hillary’s Washington insiders who have refused to attack since 1992.
