First case I deeply sleuthed via Internet. I wasn’t FReeping then, but may have been lead here on an occasion or two. He was Top Level. He’d said that we were standing around with our pants hanging down as far as being prepared for international cyber security breaches. He was the man behind the planning and final building of the Vietnam Memorial on the National Mall. That case had more twists and turns than a rabbit hole.
