I knew Gary Welsh pretty well. He was recently investigating the Rafael Cruz/Oswald connection to the Kennedy assassination and was adamant that Cruz was a CIA operative. Gary’s conspiratorial theories often involved the CIA, from the destruction of the World Trade Center, which he believed was a CIA backed inside job, to the Boston Marathon bombing and Sandy Hook shootings, which he also thought were friendly fire type CIA jobs to achieve political purpose.
