The key to gut health is acidophilus type food fermentation, and reduction in sugar intake.

All due respect, that’s the simpleton approach being marketed by those now promoting probiotics as the new health panacea. What you wrote works for very few people, mostly due to ignorance.

The odds are that anyone ever having taken antibiotics have a high risk factor for dybiosis and consequent overgrowth contributing to many symptoms for which most people self-medicate and/or rationalize as “just age”.

I did at one time, too... but I woke up.

Everyone out there peddling pills & powders utilize a simpleton approach as advertized on Conservative radio to “take a probiotic, flatten your tummy, feel better” and even make false medical claims of curing acid reflux.

It’s simpleton. If I hit a nerve, then perhaps you’re peddling said pills. Otherwise it’s a simpleton approach. Period.

On the other, look up the definition of ignorance.

If you don’t understand what dysbiosis means then you have no business preaching probiotics to anyone, let alone me.
