If the ‘twins’ box was altered, then that means they used the Nordyke twins’ birth cert as a template for 0’s.
The twins’ birth cert is available, but the one of the baby Virginia Sunahara that died is not; to this day Virginia’s brother cannot get the : rth cert of his sister.
Which means they did a musical chairs with at least two sets of certificates, the twins’ and Sunahara’s.
