My heart's aflutter, Fred Nerks!

If I read your post correctly, you seem to be suggesting that perhaps even days after someone's heart stoppage, that person's cause of death (COD) could still be variable--singular facts be damned--as a function of how plausibile that COD would be in convincing people?   Who knew?   I'm shocked!

If I understand it, after Fuddy had died she had to be cut from an infant life jacket, though immediately out of the airplane she was seen to be wearing an adult life jacket? Someone must been quite forceful in getting the infant life jacket on her if she could only be cut out of it, eh?

Yet, somehow, no police, sheriff, NTSB, or FBI concerned themselves with even a lick of investigation about the death, and, for example how she started out floating with one life jacket yet died wearing another. Isn't investigating that a bit more apropos and more of a concern than whether a drowning COD while wearing a PFD is going to convince a critical mass of the interest public of its plausibility? Did the Maui Police run out of STATE, OUTSIDE ASSISTANCE BUDGET allotment by sundown of that 12/11/13?

But we don't know the stern stuff of that Maui County Medical Examiner (ME), do we? Just because Sharon Malone (Eric Holder's wife) and Michelle Obama are on Maui and Michelle will extend her stay, ultimately not announcing her departure until the very the day the ME's report is delivered, you wouldn't be at all tempted to connect the two, would you? Eh, just coincidence, like Josh Lang, helicoptering pilot, co-worker of the Caravan pilot and owner, being the first at the crash scene within just a few minutes!

So Yamamoto was holding her hand until a time that he noticed she was no longer breathing, eh? Then, surrounded by seven other plane occupants within 15 yards of him, he doesn't bother to call for aid, he just lets her drift away. I think I have that right, don't I?

How many things are wrong with that scenario? And given how many of those wrong things there are, why should we believe her death is just exactly what those plane occupants said about it?

It may well not be what she found out.   It's not as if she was an outsider to the HDOH goings on.   It was her seal with a her signature on a document, making it ipso facto invalid.

Me? I know she didn't die.

I think I must have missed the sarcasm tag on my comment.

...She got out of the aircraft, was seen alive and not in any distress, and then suddenly she’s dead, from three different causes. She just drifted away with the tide... All that fancy legal language aside. And how darn convenient. Just what did Fuddy find out? /sarc
