Now isn't that interesting...that's an image never seen before. Clearly shows a male helping a female put on a life jacket. Is that Fuddy? Fuddy was wearing a top with a mauve/purple pattern on a white background. In the original image sequences we saw part of her underwater, and she was still wearing that same garment.

In the photograph here it's obvious at least four people were not wearing a life jacket.

The photographer Fuentes LATER had his jacket inflated.

Looks like the pilot is still swimming without a jacket, I think that's him in the middle in the background with some of his white shirt showing. It looks like a fiasco - certainly no indication they had any warning. But what is one to think when the pilot himself doesn't think to grab a jacket on his way out of the aircraft?

The person the HDOH Deputy Director might appear to be helping with a life jacket is Marilyn Briley. She continues for a time in the scenario sans life-jacket, while the HDOHDD wears his throughout. The point there was that the pilot claimed he gave everyone a briefing after he claimed to have made two engine restarts and told the passengers to don their life jackets before leaving the plane. None are videoed exiting the aircraft wearing an inflated life jacket. I would consider that evidence either of the pilot not having given such a briefing and/or that the passengers were unusually stiff-necked and non-compliant. :)

The pilot made many representations that seemed not to be true and here's another.

That graphic has been removed. Now showing nothing but a small black circle. I think the graphic made it clear that the woman wearing the fully inflated life vest wasn't Fuddy. How was that image removed so quickly?

It looks to me like that is Fuddy and she's facing the aircraft door, last to leave, and Yamamoto is beside her.
