I apologize. I didn’t notice that you were responding to the first post.

Must have been somebody else who added “zot” to the keywords.

First:

“A Hawaii government official swears that no Hawaii long-form birth certificate ever existed.”

Tim Adams was a temporary election clerk hired by the by County of Honolulu to issue absentee ballots. He worked there from May until about August of 2008. His boss said he had no access to birth records as they are maintained by the State not the County. His claim is that some unnamed official told him there was no birth certificate.

“Loretta Fuddy issues a “certificate of live birth” (not to be confused with an official birth certificate which would include extras like foot prints).”

Hawaiian birth certificates do not have foot prints on them. There are a number of examples of Hawaiian birth certificate on the internet and none of them have foot prints.

“Loretta Fuddy allegedly came into some extra money that she applied to her mortgage.”

It’s been awhile since I looked at this but as I recall she refinanced the condo she she bought in 1993 for $400,000 for $500,000.

“Also she was about to be interviewed or deposed and would have to answer some very tricky questions about the bc.”

She was not about to be interviewed by any buddy. Orly Taitz tried to subpoena her in Mississippi Federal Court but that was along way off if ever. Eventually the judge dismissed her case.

Physically, Stanley Ann disappears from the beginning of her pregnancy until she magically appears in Seattle with a newborn baby. No one has found any physical trace of her in HI during that time. [A notation in a records book is not a physical trace. But even if you counted it as such, that only places her in HI through Feb ‘61. After that, nothing.]

What takes more faith, believing Stanley Ann lived for almost a year in HI—and delivered a mixed race baby—without anyone noticing, or believing that HI officials have lied about Obama’s birth circumstances?

Put another way, how big of an Obot do you have to be to believe Obama told the truth, when he said he was born in Asia?

When it’s wet it goes down to the middle of his back because it’s not curly then.

And it’s also black when it’s wet.

And the bottom of that blue cap still all shows and there’s still no hair hanging out underneath it. There is just red curly stuff at the nape.

Maybe the “unnamed official” was Obama’s good friend Gov. Neil Abercrombie, who told Mike Evans he had a team investigating and they could not find a BC for Obama anywhere in HI. Evans had called him to ask about his comments to a Hawaii columnist, saying they had actually found something written down in the archives when searching for Obama’s BC...

The comments to Evans were right before (like a couple days?) his administration forced HDOH Director Neal Palafox to resign so Fuddy could replace him - and then were caught lying about it when Palafox said he didn’t know why he was resigning. Eventually they admitted that they had asked him to resign but wouldn’t say why or why they initially lied about it. The new AG, David Louie, had his office leak stories to the media about Palafox possibly being investigated for Medicare fraud... even though Palafox had not been informed of any such thing as would be required. Kind of your typical, “You’ve got a nice medical practice here. It’d be a shame if anything happened to it...”

That same AG may well have figured that Hawaii statute regarding witness protection gave him the authority to do ANYTHING to “protect” somebody who could possibly at some time in the future be a witness for the state. Including faking an autopsy, telling OIP attorneys to lie in order to delay UIPA request responses until it’s too late, etc.

He went to school at Occidental...

...And there is something grayish sticking up above the engine in the one image that rx posted, and a large object in front of the door in another image. Surely you don’t think those are just the waves too?

At the expense of being a PITA I think it's time someone took a look at the aircraft infrastructure. That dirty bubble looked to me like sump oil...and the rectangular smudge across the side of the aircraft near the door had to come from the aircraft frame somewhere..imo.

Briley is good at telling fictional stories, I guess.

Treaded water for 2 hours and thought they had reached the end, before the USCG was sighted?

When the USCG took off the infant lifejacket from “Fuddy”, did Briley happen to notice the bright pink shirt she had on - rather than the white sleeveless shirt his wife had on? How could you mistake the one for the other?

And Yamamoto must have been mistaken when he said HE saw Fuddy stop breathing when she was still with him - and then she drifted out to sea. So she must have still been warm (according to Briley’s story) after quite some time without breathing.

The bad thing is that cardiac arrhythmia would kill you suddenly. It doesn’t fit either Yamamoto’s or Briley’s stories. Or the USCG’s either, for that matter - with the earlier rescuer concluding she was already dead and the later rescuer condluding she was in critical condition. And the coroner based her COD almost entirely on what these goons had to say - even though they contradicted each other AND the way cardiac arrhythmia works.

You have no idea the qualifications of the person you’re talking to, or of the people who have looked at his information.

What you’ve mentioned does not explain the phenomena on video.

Nice pic. Waste of time. I've shown that same ponytail wrapped around his neck hanging down in front. If the viewer doesn't want to see it, it's not there. That's how it goes.

Coming soon.

And when it's dry it doesn't shrink up to a couple inches below his shoulders.

And it is reddish in the sun.

No, you cannot tell from the image as the sun washes out the colors.

What color is the back of Jake's seat in this image? What color is it in other images?

Sorry, but we seem to have reached a point of no return. I had thought it might be helpful to point out some of the pitfalls in your scenario, but I see you aren’t open to any alternative suggestions. Good luck and carry on without me.

Take this one, for example: Yep, they had a rough ride & were lucky to survive.

The pilot took every precaution in landing the craft while maintaining a perfectly good engine. He pretended and claimed he had a catastrophic engine failure, but he would make sure that the engine was still running and the prop would simply be feathered that that low rumble sound would be gone.

The bathymetric map found in the NTSB Factual report shows an area not far from where the plane went down that had water that was only one meter deep! As it was, it appear the plane may have lodged its left wheel on an outcropping of ocean floor.

See how the plane is listing to starboard, with its left wing way above the water. See the plane window just fore of the door compared with the window on the far side. If the plane had settled onto the open ocean, it would have done so symmetrically with respect to both wings. There was no pontoon effect as the baggage pod had been obliterated in crash, strewing its contents behind the plane.

There was no existential threat in the cabin! Ha! "Lucky to survive" brings to mind the videographer's words, that he was "just trying to survive" as he mugged selfies in the shallows, as he studiously avoided going ashore when he could have just as easily as FH had.

You say there's some jostling in the cabin? I've watched it many a time. No gets thrown sideways, into other people, falls down, knocked into the ceiling. You have no idea the awful things that can happen in plane crashes! There was no rough ride in this case.

Take the videographer. Here are two pictures of him: 1) prior to a catastrophic engine failure, where life was good and he's flying, looking down below at a blue paradise, and 2) after a large metal hammer "bang" from the engine, then "everything went quiet," when he said he saw his whole life flash before his eyes, where he suggested (with whimpering) that he didn't get a chance to say good-bye to his family, etc.

Not much difference, eh? What's that you say, "That's just the laid-back of hangin' loose the Hawaiian way?"

No.   When another Cessna Grand Caravan just two months earlier happened to have a "catastrophic engine failure" forty miles away over Maui there was smoke, sparks, screaming, panic, people calling their loved-ones on cell phones, hand-holding, I-love-yous to nearby seated spouses and people reaching for their life jackets.

On this flight? Not one of those things, not even anyone reaching for a life jacket.

There's a reason for the difference, and it boils down to one word. Over Maui a Cessna Grand Caravan had a catastrophic engine failure. At Kalaupapa, the plane occupants staged a hoax.

Pratt & Whitney Canada's tear-down of the engine sent them from this event found that "the power turbine blades were all present, but fractured, with only 1/3rd to 4/5ths of their spans remaining. The trailing edges of all the compressor turbine vanes were fractured due to impact with associated material loss and subsequent thermal distress. The compressor turbine shroud segments were intact, yet coated with a metal spray deposit consistent with melted material from the compressor turbine blades. There were two impact marks in the shape of a turbine blade chord on two shroud segments. The compressor turbine blades were all present, but fractured, leaving only between 1/3rd and 2/3rds of each blade span remaining. There was also an associated "intense internal fire".   There can be no question that the engine damage noted by P&WC certainly qualifies under the term “catastrophic engine failure.”

Although he’s no pilot, one of the passengers that’s also a FaceBook friend of the pilot wrote two years later about the flight “Another small miracle of note is the fact that no fire accompanied the crash. The plane had plenty of fuel for the flight, the engine was red hot, yet nothing ignited.”

That passenger might well be surprised at what the pilot told the media about a fire warning juxtaposed with a “bang” and what both P&WC and the NTSB have said about the intense internal fire of which P&WC’s torn-down engine showed evidence. Or perhaps he wouldn’t be surprised!

The Kalaupapa flight was rough for the passengers that suffered severe injuries, but our sympathies may be limited by the foreknowledge these passengers showed, knowing as they did that there would be insurance coverage on the back side, "should anything happen."

Those people's injuries were treated most cruelly by the planners, since those injuries were not tended to before the main goal of having Ms Fuddy be extracted was accomplished, despite there being on-scene military trained divers available to do so, should they have been inclined ordered to do so.

Generally, these people had no less than tax-payer-paid agents looking after their well-being. Which is to say, most of them did not have a particularly rough ride (certainly not in the cabin after the craft had come to a complete stop), but even those that did have injuries had agreed to take on those risks, probably out of a well-intentioned interest in helping our service men and women in uniform and in government.

Post #477 should really include mention of the many times scenario participants falsely claimed how awful the conditions were there. Wind, waves, white caps, horrible conditions, etc.

Those were uniformly false, and your "rough ride/lucky to survive" clearly shares that common meme. I have shown time and again how those claims were false, even as they made their way into the NTSB final report.

Imagine that, an NTSB report containing false information that an investigator readily could have researched and corrected within a few hours time!

Therefore, my point about how (at least one of) your posts shares commonality with the false representations of the scenario's participants is shown to have been an entirely reasonable comment.

That dirty bubble looked to me like sump oil...and the rectangular smudge across the side of the aircraft near the door had to come from the aircraft frame somewhere.

Ning, ning, ning, ning!   We have a loser!

That was just like that other witty 4Zoltan riposte, wasn't it? "It also looks like only the top cell is inflated. The bottom cell is flat, not inflated."

One just has to imagine the gaming aspects, as 4Zoltan warned us earlier on this thread!

It's like stand-up improvisation at the Comedy Club. All of sudden, you're the one illuminated by the spot light and carrying the open mic.

You will either help to turn your club into a thriving little organization that's able to pay the rent and utilities as well return to you a slice of the pot. Or, if you create white space and no laughs you'll only hasten the crash and burn of your little club, where a FOR RENT will sit out front, you're home alone on weekends, and there won't be any take at the door to split.

So you stand up and take one for the Gipper, come what may!   Even when it's complete nonsense (as this one was).   Well...she tried, thinking we needed ... needed... a look at the aircraft infrastructure? *smirk*
