Late Friday night vanity - Was there ever a hotter babe than Ann-Margaret?
Posted on 05/06/2016 9:35:02 PM PDT by West Texas Chuck
Just watched "The Train Robbers" with her and the Duke. That woman is a treasure. That hair, those ... assets. What a hottie.

Drawing a blank on her, but I do not watch much current movie stuff.

Several years ago, Texas Hold ‘Em players used to call Ace-King pocket cards Anna Kournikova. Why? Because they sure are pretty, but they never win.

Most every white guy with a locker in VN mid-60's had that poster. The black guys liked the one with Raquel Welch and Jim Brown.
Used to torment them about how Raquel insisted on a towel between them for the shot.

I saw Ann Margaret in the bar at the Fountainbleu bar in Miami beach in about 1995. She was having a drink at the bar. We said hello. She could not have been nicer. And the bartender said she had an apartment there and came down for a drink at cocktail hour most every day.
She was my first movie star crush after seeing BBB in a theater. I own the DVD today.

Jean harlow - "Iron Man" 1931
Her contemporaries said that film could not capture her magic.
When she entered a room everything just stopped.
If she walked down the street people would stop their cars in traffic just to gaze at her.

My vote goes to Ava Gardner.

Ann Margaret's best film was a Damon Runyan story that was made into a movie called
A Pocket Full of Miracles. That's shown around Christmas occasionally.

Then again, if you get tired of looking at munchkins, there's nothing like the women's hammer-throw event:
That would be Germany's Betty Heidler.

My father thought Audrey Hepburn and Mary Tyler Moore were the bees knees. He had a thing for dark haired, brown eyed girls.
I always thought Vivien Leigh, Grace Kelly and the beach combing chick on the 007 movie with the original James Bond were stunningly beautiful.

Ursula Andress, aka Honey Ryder. I had a friend who had the hots for her.
