Saw a guy in a health food store make similar claims. Said he drinks 8 big glasses a day of the stuff. And I believe him -- he's as orange as an Oompa Loompa.
To be clear, I believe that he drinks 8 glasses a day, not that carrot juice is a cure all.
When people turn yellow from carrots, it is called carotenemia.
