Al Gore is going to start selling earthquake credits. People in earthquake prone areas can buy them and sell them to people on terra firma. Of course Al Gore has to get his commission.

Probably trying to come up with a movie to show that earthquakes are a result of human activity.
You know, fracking is bad. Mining is bad, sucking oil and gas out of the ground is bad. Drilling wells for water is bad. Because it creates voids underground and destabilizes the earth.
