“To highlight the absurdity of your imperfect analogy, imagine what would happen if you were to propose a law that said it was too dangerous for midgets to use the Mens and the Womens restrooms, and it was too inconvenient and expensive to provide OSHA safe facilities for midgets.”
Do you even know what OSHA does? They certainly don’t set standards for bathrooms for public facilities.
“If so, then where do you expect the midgets to urinate and defecate while going about their public business and personal affairs? Are you seriously going to propose they must stay home and let someone take care of them because they are not allowed out in the public view?”
I’m not proposing anything about midgets and bathrooms, YOU proposed that. I’m not sure what you hope to accomplish by destroying the strawman you just built, I’m just sitting back and watching you do that with amusement.

It is a real mystery why people like you go to all of the trouble to just flat out lie when it is so easy to lookup the facts before you speak and avoid publishing such an obvious lie. OSHA does in fact regulate restrooms. See:

You are the person who used the analogy of midgets not being allowed to ride on amusement park rides in response to a discussion about whether or not ALL transgendered people must be mentally ill and denied entrance to the Women’s restrooms, so I quite on topic brought your own analogy about midgets back to the original topic of having restroom privileges for an entire class of people without regard for their physical and mental suitability. Would you rather address the subject of whether or not ALL transgendered people are mentally ill and therefore disqualified from using the amusement park rides?
