I agree. He’s not a goon, but that was goonish. The punishment fits the crime.
it doesn’t appear to be evenhanded though. as someone pointed out, a flyer nearly crushed the vertebrae of Dmitri orlov by shoving him headfirst into the boards and he got only one.
