Once again, I’d have to live in Russia to hear a story happening in my own country.

Wrong. The “RT” channel, a/k/a Russia Today, is an English-language outfit that is not aimed at Russia. It is for viewing in English-speaking countries.
(I doubt that you can even pick it up in Russia, altho’ I’m not 100% sure.)
Anyway, RT is one of President Putain’s main dis-information outlets, and it has long been strongly anti-USA. The bias is so thick so blatant that the channel is almost impossible to watch for more than a few minutes. If your cable or satellite provider doesn’t carry RT, I’d say you’re lucky.
Therefore, now that Al Jazeera America has bitten the dust, RT is your channel of choice if you love to consume anti-American propaganda.
(Added extra attraction: RT now carries the execrable Ed Schultz, having hired Ed after he was booted from MSNBC.)
