I try not to think of people in terms of their ethnicity or nationality unless they’re part of a large group or groups of people who are out to cause trouble for Americans who would prefer that everyone would just go about their business, preferably legal, without making a lot of noise about their ethnicity or nationality.
This is the stupidest thing I’ve heard all fay. Again not all Hispanics are Mexican.

They’re only making themselves look like they don’t belong in a polite society. If they think that helping themselves means to loot, carjack, vandalize and riot then people who don’t do that kind of thing (and they do it in public) will notice who they are. In short, they bring their troubles upon themselves, and rightly so.
