Ashley Sigman says her kids were playing in the front yard of her St. Albans, WV apartment when she received a phone call from her neighbor that made her heart drop.
"I have someone calling me saying you need to get out front like there is a strange man exposing himself for one and not to mention trying to lure her out the gate," said Ashley.
As she ran to her front yard, the man got into his burgundy GMC Sierra and quickly drove off. She did take down his license plate number that read "WVRDNECK".

Too many details, possible vendetta? How many women, emotionally distraught and rushing out to confront a man exposing himself to her children, would get the make, model, color and license plate of the vehicle? The personalized tag is weird, too. If the guy actually did this, he belongs in jail, but it just sounds “off.” Again. Maybe I’ve spent too much time on FR, but it does.

Any serious Christian knew this “innocence” was an illusion, that the earth is not our home, that the best state of affairs we can hope on earth is for some nice fig leaf, and that the innocence that actually matters is one that can only be bestowed on souls by God, it having been lost in the Garden of Eden.

I wouldn’t entirely dismiss the possibility of false flag operations to yank the chains of conservatives to try to get them to look the fools. Some of the fantasies on this very thread would themselves once have been considered too lewd for public airing.

the neighbor spots the activity.
the neighbor figures out what the activity is
the neighbor makes her mind to call the woman.
the neighbor retrieves her phone and dials the number
the phone rings and the woman picks it up and answers
the neighbor describes to the woman what the activity is
the woman rushes down the stairs to the scene
the perv abandons the activity and flees in his truck
the woman gets a description of the truck, including the license number and calls police. note: no description of the perv, just the truck.
the police are unable to track the truck down - even with a description including the license plate.

I was in a supermarket 2 months ago and this dude was telling an elderly lady in the produce section about the coming implosion of our economy and the looming police state. They were strangers; he was kinda scaring her. I just heard a snippet as I bagged my produce.
I leapt at the opportunity for a “teachable moment” as faggy libs say, and interjected, “Ma’am what he is saying sounds kooky and extreme but it is the truth, and I advise you to buy staple foods and stock up before prices rise”.
It was really poignant and sad because I could tell she was on a limited income and did not have a lot of freedom to stock up.
If the evening paper us "getting to" your place, you are paying for it. They are making money of of you directly and by selling ads based on circulation numbers that include you. If you are simply recycling it, isn't it a rather expensive way to get paper to recycle? You should cancel your subscription. Starve the beast.
When I was three I was allowed to walk up the street by myself. Met my first friend, playing in his yard, also unattended. We have fallen so far.
Parent used to stay sane by telling their kids just get out of the house. Go out and play! Now that is regarded as child abuse and child endangerment.
They can have up to eight, if it’s a standard plate.

I did some looking, and WV is one of several states that do not require a front license plate (I live in NM, and it's the same here, along with our neighboring state of AZ). I wonder if the plate she got a look at was a front vanity plate, but then that doesn't make much sense, because this occurred in WV, and a WV resident would know a front plate isn't required. It is interesting.
Vanity plates in WV range from a minimum of two letters to a maximum of eight, depending on the plate you want to personalize.
