I get so tired of seeing ‘lose weight’ everywhere, but no advice for us thin people on gaining weight. Eat more. Sit on your butt. Extract my genetics and replace yours with them.

Thanks. I DO eat and I’m not that active..just can’t seem to gain weight.
Just try finding something written on the net to help people GAIN weight. Impossible.
