When Donald Trump spoke earlier this week in Buffalo, media critics lambasted him for allegedly confusing 9/11 with 7/11. However, a theory emerged as to why Trump didnt misspeak, one that the media refuses to acknowledge.
The controversy all began Monday, as Trump was speaking before a crowd in Buffalo on the day before the New York primary. During the speech, he touted his 9/11 activism.
I wrote this out, and its very close to my heart, Trump said to the audience. Because I was down there and I watched our police and our firemen down at 7/11, down at the World Trade Center right after it came own. And I saw the greatest people Ive ever seen in action.
Donald Trump, who has made his advocacy for New York City after the 9/11 attacks central to his candidacy, accidentally referred to it on Monday as 7/11 the ubiquitous convenience store, CNN wrote with scarcely contained glee.
However, a new theory quickly emerged the fact that he was actually talking about the Greenville Fire Department, a department in the New York town of Scarsdale that was one of the first to respond to the 9/11 attacks.
The station is known as 711 because of its address, 711 Central Park Ave. And as one Facebook user close to the situation pointed out, the firefighters there were quoted as thanking Trump for his generous donations of time, services and goods, both for the firefighters and for the victims. And keep in mind, the way Donald phrased things made it sound a lot more like he was talking about a location, not a date. His words were our firemen down at 7/11, not our firemen on 7/11.

I don’t know who put it up, but how can they be king of how they are spoken of? They may have their own expression for their station, but that doesn’t govern the people outside of their organization. This sounds really suspicious, maybe even a partisan false flag job.
It’s easy to see Mr. Trump loves his country and his hometown.
Bravo!
I have no doubt Scarsdale helped down at "the pile" - so did every firefighter I knew in Westchester but Scarsdale did not direct the operation, nor would their Scarsdale address have even been known downtown.
Not to take anything from Trump - he definitely was enormously helpful on 9/11 and after. But even his own campaign said this was a misspeak.
And another congress critter who thinks if we put too many people on Guam it will tip over.
Or, just maybe, the firehouse posted the truth. That’s always an option. I think M. Thatcher is trying to get to that as well. My appologies, madam, if that is not your goal.
Thanks for posting the article which provided the clarification and real context, correcting the MSM, which totally misunderstood and misinterpreted trump’s statements, possibly even deliberately.
They have been and continue to try to finf something they can use against Trump.
How is it truth if they are not God?
They know their own operation; they do not know how the world, or a city resident, talks.
These events are actually like Trump”s clay pigeons.
Let me explain. Whenever you see a clay pigeon flying through the air regarding trump know that a shotgun is getting ready to discharge... And blow it to hell.
HaHaHa. Anti-Trump clones can suck it up.
How about maybe a Trump property was nearby from which Donald directed assistance “down at 711”?
Donald has property presence in many places in New York City.
OH MY GOSH...I had forgotten about that ‘Why my daughter was right down in there that morning’ and she wasn’t anywhere near the Twin Towers...ROFL....
By the time some people are through with this they’ll have Trump flying planes into the towers himself.
According to Kerick, who by the way spent a great deal of time down at Ground Zero, Donald Trump displayed incredible generosity and concern towards the volunteers and first responders who worked down at The Pile sifting through debris for body remains. Bernie told me without hesitation, Trump instructed hundreds of his hotel workers to head down to Ground Zero and offer a hand doing whatever needed to be done. Be it hand out water, food, etc, etc. I asked if the cameras caught any of this? Kerick explained there were no cameras permitted in the area, and Trump knew this. Meaning, he didnt do it for the fanfare or press clippings. Perhaps Donald did it because he loves America, and because he cares about the American people?
Kerick went on to say Trump himself visited Ground Zero to help lift spirits and to thank the tireless workers who were down there each day and night searching for bodies. He didnt have to do it, he wanted to do it. Thats the Trump I know.

People talking outside their spheres of expertise in peremptory terms is especially suspicious.
I'm saying anyone who knows the geography and how New York City people talk would NEVER claim "down at 711" could possibly refer to Scarsdale.
Scarsdale is not in New York City. It is a suburb. If you're in NYC, Scarsdale is only UP. From The World Trade Center north ("up"), it goes Downtown, Midtown (Manhattan), Uptown, Harlem, Bronx, Yonkers, Bronxville, Scarsdale, etc etc on UP.
The entire story is clearly bogus.
I'm a Trump supporter, BTW.
Sorry, I see what you mean. I thought he meant down only because he was placing them down in “the pile”.
Quite often Trump is speaking in the present and thinking several steps ahead. “Now this is the story”, is gathering up the thoughts time. LOL
“...who gives a @#$% either way. we have a president who thinks theres 57 states.
and a congresswoman who thinks we put men on mars and the constitution is 400 years old, which would mean it was written in 1616...”
Don’t forget the Congressman who thinks Guam would tip over if the military was moved to one end of the island...
Ahhhhh, the intelligence of the “professional politician”...
Never ceases to amaze....
There aren’t any Trump properties closely north of the address? Which would make it down to them? (Also, downtown is downtown no matter what direction one heads towards it.)
Thanks, I thought I had read that article somewhere.
Your welcome...
