If you sign the pledge make sure to use a “junk” e-mail address because you will be getting e-mail solicitations from this group for the rest of your life. Actually, you should do this any time where you must provide an e-mail address to proceed further.
That’s why I always keep a throwaway account, specifically for things like this.
