This is exactly what the pervs are up to and how they are going to go after your children, wives and girlfriends and I see idiots on other web site saying this never happens. To all who see this story spread it far and wide. I'm pretty sure they never caught the perv because I've heard nothing else on the local news about it. Maybe, Target should see this story.
