I’ve got an old neon light transformer from the 40’s or 50’s.I think the maker’s plate says 15kv@150ma.I‘ve never put power to the thing,should make somebody an interesting toy.

150ma at 15kv is more than enough to kill.

Just stick a couple of acytylene welding rods on the ends of the terminals and get them close enough and you got a Jocobs Ladder.
(Use a wooden broom handle to start the arc)
I had one I would plug in out in my shop. I finally got rid of it when the cooling oil started to leak out. My kids little friends thought I was a “Mad Scientist”.
