You are right. The initial ordinance was pushed by a liberal mayor and her activist buddy who is a registered sex offender. The intent was to irritate and cause problems for the Republican controlled NC state legislature. It backfired and numerous companies started boycotting the city.
Men dressed as women have been using women's bathrooms for years. The true cross dressers or transgendered or whatever they are called have never been a problem. Most women aren't even aware.
The problem is the perverts who want to use the law to push their agenda and the men who want to peek at women in the showers and locker room.
Yeah, I keep hearing that, but men-wanna-be’s want to use the men’s room, now. I guess it’s not a problem, except for the urinals. Maybe they keep their eyes close, until they’re inside the stall.
