If anyone doubts Trump is winning this argument, he only has to read your post.

People don't care how nominees were selected in 1900.

Defenders of the Colorado GOP have been maneuvered into defending the party elite at the expense of the everyday citizen.

Even as we speak, a Colorado Cruz supporter is on Rush Limbaugh saying that Colorado has it right because voters are too stupid to make a rational choice.

The delegate math may not change (although I wouldn't be surprised if it did), but Trump is winning this argument.

The narrative is being set. Cruz is on the side of the elite. Trump is the champion of the people.

You are quite right. They don’t care. They don’t care about US History. They don’t care about learning civics. They don’t care about the Constitution. They don’t care about what Representative government means.

I just responded on another thread where two posters were proposing getting rid of delegates and conventions altogether, replacing it with (I suppose) a winner take all national (Federal) primary, with the other poster proposing getting rid of the Electoral College because it’s “unfair”.

Trump is the champion of the people.

Trump is a champion of Trump.
