“Once, Colorado had a straw poll that was non-binding...This was the state law (which supercedes the RNC rule)...They cancelled that meaningless poll vote because they did not want the peoples voice to be heard...They only wanted their GOPe leaders to do the selection..”
So, are you telling me that Colorado had a state law that said the GOP had to have a straw poll? Really? And, you seem to be telling me that Colorado repealed that law so they could cancel the straw poll? Really? Why did Colorado repeal only the GOP straw poll and allow the Democrats to have a straw poll?
Another question. You’re telling me that the elimination of the straw poll was part of a conspiracy to block Donald Trump. The GOP rule which said all polls had to produce bound delegates was passed in 2012. Are you tell me that the GOP was conspiring in 2012 to block Trump? Really?
Now, quote the Colorado law that required a straw poll. I’m really curious about how a state government could dictate how the delegate selection process works for a political party. I’m fairly certain the courts would have difficulties with that.
The GOP allowed the “straw” poll...It was non-binding per Colorado...It was cancelled.
Did Colorado have a democratic “straw” poll? If so, you tell me why they cancelled the republican equivalent...
It was not a “conspiracy” to block anyone...The people of Colorado could’ve supported Cruz or Kasich...But we’ll never know because the people were silenced.
As far as state government selecting the delegates, that didn’t happen...It was the GOPe leaders in Colorado who selected the delegates, not the state government...
At any rate, the PEOPLE did NOT have the opportunity to voice who THEY preferred...
If you cannot see this, then you need to open your eyes...
