Did McCain and Romney insult half the county during their campaigns, other than the 47% remark?
Their very candidacies were an insult.
McCain in 2008: “I admire Senator Obama and his accomplishments and I will respect him.”
“But I have to tell you, I have to tell you, he is a decent person, and a person that you do not have to be scared as President of the United States.”
McCain and Romney ran loser campaigns, trying not to offend anyone.
