I would posit two items which could alter the outcome. One with the FBI having reportedly assigned about 150 agents to Hillary's actions suggests a very serious effort. Secondly, if Obama or Loretta Lynch were to stand in the way of an indictment why haven't already acted to shut all proceedings.

Obama reportedly favors Hillary because she would validate his legacy. Obama's pride is infinite so why would jeopardize his legacy by allowing the investigation to proceed further.
