There are many,*many*,things I cut myself off from and I have a rather full and satisfying life.Among the many things I eschew are...drugs....child molesters....Marxists...thieves....moslems...and many other things.
There's nothing that contact with perverts would do to make my life better.In any way.
But that's just me I guess.
My daughter is also gay. She and her partner are both doctors with excellent income. Aside from being gay, they are among the straightest people I know...church-going, sober non-smokers...easily mistaken for conservatives.
They have two adopted children and are giving them a first-rate up-bringing.
Am I to shun them as well?
