If Trump is gone so is the GOP. We will need to start over.

If Trump is really that out of it, the article would have been much shorter.

The Michelle Field incident has made me realize Cruz is lack the judgment to be picked for SCOTUS. He would fire someone for nudging a reporter aside in a crowded room

I wonder if Kurt Schlichter listened to Rush today. Rush was asking how the elites and purist were going to reconcile with the rabble that favor Trump.
Naa. He is too pure for that.

I too wonder how they plan on convincing us rabble to support their candidate. Or for that matter their party.
My guess is, they do not realize how serious the breach now is. But...................................

I don’t particularly like Cruz (and never have), but I’d vote for him if he’s the candidate. However, there’s no way I’d ever vote for Trump. And I’m not alone.

“Polls are predicting his impending humiliation in Wisconsin” If he wins it will be by a few points then Trump sweeps the rest.

I’m convinced Trumpy only ran to knock Bush out of the race. I don’t think it was ever his intention to actually become president. Now he can’t figure out how to get out without looking like a loser.

Insiders: Trump has peaked

The majority of Republican insiders say The Donald has hit his ceiling, while gleeful Democrats say he’s not going anywhere.

The only thing you are accomplishing by picking fights with articles such as this one is making it harder for us all to get together. We will need to stick together to fight to get us off the path to certain destruction that has been charted by the party bosses. Cruz will have no mathematical possibility of getting to a majority of delegates before the convention within the next two to three weeks. This is true regardless of what happens in Wisconsin tomorrow.

A vote for Cruz or Kasich after that will be nothing more than a vote to let the party bosses decide who gets to be the nominee. If they get their way it won’t be Trump or Cruz. Any one who believes otherwise has never participated in the process that picks the delegates who actually get to go to the convention. It is time we start figuring out how to unite the community here.

This article demonstrates perfectly why we elect people like Hillary, obummer, etc.

His dog is smarter than he is.

This story demonstrates that if you would be happy with Hillery or Sanders, you would be happy with our dog running for president.

This article is the saddest, most pathetic piece of drivel I’ve read in a long time. I’m surprised it’s not from Huffpo or Politico, though.

Arguments about the general election at this point in time serve only one purpose: to try to mitigate your rival’s chances in the eyes of the beholders.

To the extent that the average person is interested in the primary races, they are in it for the scandals and the gossip and the circus fun. It’s food for chat. They won’t become interested in the general election until after the conventions, when talk television gets even more boringly repetitious (to us) than it is now. Some will call up their best friend the night before the election to ask who they should vote for.

So clear the air for something more substantive. If polls are manipulated, which they are, at this stage they are manipulated and manipulative to the point of being meaningless. It’s like trying to predict the weather on election day seven months in advance.

Wow, Kurt.

You think Trump is done now, eh?

I wouldn’t bet my lunch money on that. The polls last week had Cruz up by as much as 10 pts. Now they are back to MOE or Trump up.

Since Sconni is an open primary, Trump may do better than you think there Kurt. Just have to wait until tomorrow to see.
