I am tired of reading your BS!

You may think you have gamed the system in your favor, but I think you are just kidding yourself and lying to us while trying to hijack this thread.

What is your solution to the vexing problems the internal revenue code and the IRS create for America and Americans?

The problem is not the IRS, the problem is the TAX ILLITERATE ELECTORATE who doesn't have a clue as to what an income “excise” tax is, what it applies to and how it is reported & collected. The illiterate electorate who uses internal government forms that are only meant to be used for privileged activities that are taxable.

If I go and sell my extra eggs to my neighbor, that is unprivileged activity because the government does not own my chickens, therefore, they do not own the eggs. On the other hand, when we used to haul frozen turkeys out of Minnesota to the navy bases in Washington state & Oregon so the government could then ship them to their military bases overseas, we were engaged in privileged activity as we were hauling government property. Since we quit hauling government property, now everything we haul is 100% private, therefore we are only engaged in the kind of unprivileged activity that is not subject to the income “excise” tax.

And that is why the code states that the income “excise” tax is voluntary. We can choose to participate in taxable activities or we can choose not too, the choice is ours. We pay our fair share of taxes to the IRS every year. In fact, we even have to register our business with the IRS every year, however, unless we return to engaging in privileged activity such as once again hauling government property, our revenue is not subject to any federal “excise” tax.

Do you understand what an “excise” tax is? I am venturing to guess you have not clue. You think the income tax is a A1,S9 direct tax. Well sir, IT IS NOT.

And so the ONLY solution is for Americans is for them to wake up, turn off the boob tubes, spend less frivolous time on the internet and do their homework so to be an educated and informed voter, but more importantly, return to being the master of the wealth that God has given them.

Yet, I do not have much faith much will change in that sense as we now live in the age the founding fathers warned us about, where people fear the government instead of the government fearing the people. I am hear to say there is nothing to fear but your own tax illiteracy. I have posted enough ground work that should give anyone reading the boost they need to go out and learn the truth for themselves what Friedman said, that to get back what was erroneously withheld, one must file the proper forms to do so. The code tells us how to do it. If you are too lazy to learn from the code how to get back that which was erroneously withheld from your unprivileged earnings (remuneration), then I can only come to one conclusion, freedom means nothing to you since you are not willing to take the actions needed to take it back.

SHALOM!!!
