The reality is that even if Trump dropped out tomorrow, Kasich would still prevent Cruz from getting to the convention with a majority of the delegates.

Currently, Ted’s indiscretions are not very important. They might have been if Rubio’s pefforts could have gotten someone to run with them last month. After New York on the 19th, Ted mathematically will not be able to get a majority of the delegates before the convention. At that point a vote for Ted literally is a vote to give the RNC to nominated anyone that they choose. Despite the current GOPe rally around Ted, they will not nominate him.

Trump needs to start courting Cruz supporters. Trump needs to give Cruz supporters a reason to support him in the general election. He should drop all the nasty stuff and start talking about how smart Ted is and how he would make an excellent Supreme Court Justice. That is where Ted could actually make the biggest difference with his pro-life stance.

I think your post makes sense for Trump....unfortunately you show a reasonable and adult view....some thing The Donald has yet to exhibit!!!Character assassination and third grade insults and tweets are what he has excelled at!!!
