It’s called sterilization.
I do not agree with forced sterilization except in extreme cases. When women are not paid to have children and men are not free to impregnate women with no responsibility, the number of “unwanted” children will drop quickly. AND when everyone who wants to eat, has to work. Gov bennies combined with the promotion of a free for all sexual immorality has created this problem.
