It seems many pro-lifer's can't be taken seriously, they believe abortion is murder, but don't want to punish the murderer!
Would you punish the mother if she killed the infant the day after it was born or isn't she responsible then either?

A pro-lifer is not by definition a pro-lifer if it condones murder of an unborn or born infant.
Condoning includes not executing the law for murder.
