LOL — It’s a conspiracy, I tell you, a conspiracy. ?sarc
Seriously, Ray76, sometimes people just screw up. And that is what the Trump campaign did here. They could have ended this early with a simple apology. Instead they denied the truth and embarked upon a campaign attempting to personally destroy Michelle Fields. And then they added to that screwup with a series of additional screw ups. STOP DIGGING THE HOLE, Trumpsters -— before you bury yourselves and many of your friends along with you.
So you will be ok with it when the State’s Attorney drops the charges?

Watch the video, read Trumps comment, read Fields comments.
Whose comments are grounded in reality and whose comments are exaggerations?

They’re scrubbing as fast as they can.
Would it be possible for all of you Cruzers to start a thread or join in on an existing thread on the subject of the Fields incident, and let us hear you join in with Cruz, Levin, et al, in describing in your own words Fields’ innocence and describe the violent crime Corey committed and Trump’s responsibility for it or the culture that led to it? I am serious. Cruzers are very outspoken on almost everything else; I’d like to know that they get behind their team on Fields being battered by Trump’s manager.
Apologize for what? A shakedown? You’ve got eyes in your head, and you would apologize? Your mentality is what needs to be expunged. No. Never again. You apologize. I want indictments.
well, let me ask you this: Accepting that the Secret Service twice told the gal to back off, why was she insistant on pushing past them to, in her own words, ask an AA question? Why didn’t she accept, the press conference is over, no more questions? And since she didn’t back off, or respect the no more questions thing, it seems unlikely she wants just an apology.
in 2008-13, we were discussing the end of, or at least stricter limits on AA preference, so I’m a little curious as to why Fields would phrase her question as “an AA question.”

Fields is a nut case and would have filed suit no matter what. An apology would only have strengthened her PHONY case.
Read about what crap she pulled in NYC with OWS !
It was the charges made with the above original account that Lewandowski denied happening. The extreme description of the incident was so way beyond what actually happened, Lewandowski had no recollection of anything of that nature happening. When the Trump team saw the video of the actual event, sparks began to fly towards Michelle Fields. I don't blame them; especially when Fields changes her story after she learns the video does not show the event as she described it.
Fields files a police report, three days later, when she shows the bruises on her left arm. See the Police Report below. How do bruises of that nature stay on a arm for three days from a simple arm grasp?
Member of Trump's Secret Service detail confirms Fields touched Trump twice and was warned to stop, before Lewandowski intervened.
Jabin Botsford, a photographer for the Washington Post, was at the event where Fields claim she was assaulted. As his camera offered the perfect angle of the event, he was asked for additional footage. Botsford actually denies he was at the event.
As you can see in this exchange, Botsford first lies about even being at the event, only admitting to being at the event when presented with copyright evidence proving he was there. Botsford then deleted incriminating Tweets.
Here is the liar, Jabin Botsford's, photograph he took at the event, proving he was shooting photos of the incident.
Finally, for battery to be proven in court it has to be established there was malicious intent to do harm. There was no malicious intent. Any rational judge will throw the case out of court. Michelle Fields should apologize to Lewandowski and Donald Trump for creating such a scene.
