His opinion on this is worth nothing. A US degree is already worth very little due to dumbing down so as to pass failing students.

I know a guy that was working on his masters in electrical engineer who actually told me, “i found the problem, this inductor is installed backwards” He also once told me once “This attenuator has to much gain”.

School and college administrators are big advocates for passing failing students. They say the “failing” is the fault of the instruction.
