Plastic milk jug or half liter water bottle has low mass,won’t be dangerous at any distance.Note that tannerite says 100 yards per pound.

It's weird to watch in slow motion. The explosion appears to have two stages. First the bomb bursts, then the shattered pieces of plastic go flying off.
