Second(really third) ballot will not be Trump or Cruz...You expect the establishment to support Ted Cruz at the convention? Even without his Five point Edwardness? Cruz is the establishment’s puppet to drag down Trump.

Also, he is Canadian... not conservative and pro establishment.
