It is likely fatigue. He is old with a bad heart and campaigning is tiring. However, I would not be surprised that he is also suffering from an STD. Afterall, he has never disclosed his medical records and he has probably had more women than any president ever.

I truly believe, and I’m not kidding, that he is utterly freaking out that Trump is going to expose Bills lifetime career of sexual assaults down to the smallest detail. He is freaking out so much that he is openly trying to get his wife arrested to get her out of the race which is why he bashed Obama today. Hillary is so incredibly power hungry, she does not give a damn if it destroys him or her.
