Indicted means nothing without a trial and sentencing.
Yeah but at least it will get her out of the race...On the other hand maybe not. I don’t think in the history of this country someone has ever run for POTUS while under criminal investigation, I could be wrong, but I would have thought at least THAT would have been enough to disqualify someone, but apparently not. The way this administration is run, it wouldn’t surprise me if she is indicted, convicted, pardoned and then elected.
