They need to start with the low-hanging fruit. Plain and simple, based on facts in the open, Hillary was in clear violation of the Public Records Act of 1950. Set aside the secret, top secret, super-duper top secret nature of some of the documents, she failed to “take care” of public documents, and intentionally prevented control of official correspondence by the State Department. This makes her clearly ineligible to hold public office....PERIOD. If they uncover violations as they go (felonies or espionage) so be it. Stick with the simple stuff she has arrogantly admitted to doing.....that are in clear violation of the Act. For her to apologize (”Sorry about that.) simply doesn’t cut it.
Long hanging fruit is a Given. Hillary has failed to protect national security in so many ways. I wish that that “sticking with the simple” would save our country from Hillary and her gang of thieves.
That 150 FBI agents are “on the case” is clearly not about Hillary’s violation of national security. That’s a done deal, signed, sealed, delivered.

The content of the messages matters, but “off the record” comments published when Pagliano was given immunity imply the FBI is gathering evidence of systemic violations of Hillary’s secure DoS server (among other things by giving her password to subordinates who lacked security clearances) and that she deliberately compromised a Secured Information Facility at the State Dept by taking and using her Blackberry within it.
