I think it will be Christie. He sees the fighter in Christie, and he said it would have to be someone who could take over for him if need be. I don’t think Mr. Trump thinks Mr. Kasich is presidential material (mostly because he’s such a dweeb).

Trump/Kasich does make sense and is a very proper choice given the political calculus of grabbing a much needed swing state.

Trump/Kasich and also Cruz to the SCOTUS makes sense and I can live with those choices.

The time for deals like this is NOW! Both Kasich and Cruz have leverage at this moment in time to make a deal with Trump. If those deals are made it will cut the GOPee off at the knees and make a lot of people very happy.
