..I find it entertaining when the FACTS (in writing) end up being posted just prior to your claims that those are not the facts...

And it is also entertaining reading interpretations by people who have read a law and not reading how the Prosecutors and courts interpret it and how US Atgorneys are instructed to apply it. The law has vagueness and First Amendment problems. But, you are free to interpret it any way that makes you happy.

With the current administration it probably depends on whether the alleged violator of the law is a Democrat or a Republican.

I wasn’t ‘interpreting’, I was simply reading and referring to the words written in English which seem to be easy to understand .

Allow me to present it like this.

This ‘law’ was created during Obama’s term for the express purpose of protecting him from protesters when he was running for re-election. I think that has been established fairly well.

Does it then only apply to a President running for re-election (which is not how it’s worded) or does it apply to anyone the SS is protecting at a public event ?
