as a cruz supporter i think the number of democratic supporters of trump in the open primaries tells a big deal about the candidate. now, in a general election, does it mean that all of them will stick with trump... i don’t know, i don’t expect it.
most cruz supporters will back trump in the general, i cannot say the same for trump supporters who may pull their support for a third party run.
just my humble opinion

If Cruz pulls it out I’d support him, warts and all. If it’s Rufio or Rmoney, I’d support Trump third party.
