There is probably no chance he was born in Kenya. His mother was not in a relationship with Obama Sr at the time of birth. She left for Washington state right after he was born.
Maybe he was, maybe not. In 1991, everybody was sure that he was.

After he announced his candidacy for President, not so much. They were sure he was born in Hawaii then, but born in 2 different hospitals at the same time.
But as I said before, it doesn’t matter now. It’s way too late to do anything about it, and now he’s opened the door for any other candidate that can fudge their birthplace and/or parents.
