Fincum was loudly & repeatedly shouting “back off or shoot me!”.
Seems the incident was BOTH ambush AND suicide by cop.
And nobody here seems to see him suddenly holding a long thin object in his hand just before being shot. You know, like he just drew a long barreled revolver.
Even the Feds aren't claiming that.
Version I heard them give was that he was reaching toward the pocket and that they found a 9MM in his pocket after they shot murdered him
Not to mention, driving the truck into the snow to avoid the roadblock, his previous refusal to obey the commands of an OST, and his manic motions getting out of the car.
While it was clearly a roadblock to trap them, one has to admit his actions were just as provacative.
If there was a long barreled revolver, it would be shown to us in HD, 24/7! Stills, video, molecular metallic analysis, etc. ad nauseam.

His adrenaline was up from being shot at. And he was a brave man - daring the back-shooting lying cowards to shoot him, an unarmed man.
It wasn't suicide by cop, because deadly force had already been used. And the ambush roadblock itself was deadly force, too - as defined by the OSP's own rules...
