Made Aboriginal legal theory defacto law:
   Created Tribal Corporations in AK;
   Began Casinos;
   Began Special Tribal Rights superseding rights of all other citizens.

WTF? He left office in 1974 and man flight continued for at least another 20+ years.
And in case you're too young to remember, there was a need for both the EPA and OSHA.
That the Left has totally corrupted both is not Nixon's fault.
